ACCESS FOLK
An ongoing Contemporary Folklore Research Centre project, Access Folk is exploring ways to increase and diversify participation in folk singing in England.
Guided by - rather than led by - academics, Access Folk gives a voice to those most affected by its results, and offer them a say in the direction of the project. It will not only address the needs of musical communities, but create an opportunity to meet the needs of a growing interest in folk singing.
